DrCloudEHR™ Continued Growth in 2018 – Ensoftek
EnSoftek continues to expand its footprint across the country proving its flagship DrCloudEHR solution is the ideal choice for Behavioral Health and Human Services Agencies.
EnSoftek’s cloud based, Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, DrCloudEHR is implemented and launched by Washington County Health and Human Services Division, Oregon early this year to manage their Human Services programs. Similarly, Arizona based Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (AZ BIG Media’s 2018 Healthcare Leadership Award winner, for outstanding achievement in Behavioral Health Management or Treatment, to help alleviate the opioid crisis statewide) and Richlin Regal Residency, have launched DrCloudEHR as their solution recently.
Beaverton, OR (PRWEB) June 4, 2018
The Human Services Division of Washington County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), responsible for service coordination of the behavioral health, addictions and developmental disabilities programs for the county, implemented DrCloudEHR as their EHR platform for patient services coordination and records management to enhance and improve health outcomes and launched in early 2018.
At the 90-day, post implementation review of the Washington County DrCloudEHR launch, County stake holders called the deployment and launch a “non-event” and gave kudos to the EnSoftek Implementation services and support team led by Implementation Manager Chris Goodbaudy and CTO & VP of Engineering Ramesh Nagul. “Another example of an EHR success story!” declares Mr. Ramana Reddy, President and CEO of EnSoftek.
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H), a leader in development and delivery of services in the areas of housing, residential care, prevention services, Opiate treatment, outpatient services to children, incarcerated persons and dually diagnosed adults (SMI/SA), implemented DrCloudEHR to address Integrated Behavioral and Health services needs, to enhance and improve documentation, health outcomes and quality measures. SB&H is currently rolling out DrCloudEHR at their facilities statewide.
Richlin Regal Residency, a Substance Abuse Rehab Facility providing treatment to people with drug addiction and other substance abuse problems, selected DrCloudEHR as its EHR platform to meet compliance and enable its staff to move off paper with a user friendly, comprehensive solution, in March 2018. With a quick implementation, Richlin Regal is now ready for its expanding future plans, meeting compliance and revenue cycle demands.
“EnSoftek’s commitment to provide consistent quality care while measuring and documenting outcomes, “The Golden Thread®” module to ensure audit compliance, revenue cycle management, state reporting system integration, and an easy to use program were some of the major driving factors for our customers in selecting DrCloudEHR and to partner with EnSoftek,” Said Mr. Reddy.
