He has successfully expanded hospital accounts and community practices, while driving GTM efforts to enhance market presence and revenue growth. Ryan has devoted the past 15 years focusing on healthcare innovation, developing and deploying technology solutions, optimizing operations through Lean events and KPI-driven strategies, and integrating disruptive advancements into clinical research while maintaining operational stability. His expertise spans life sciences, CRO management, customer engagement, process development and implementation, strategic initiative execution, and executive-level reporting. Additionally, he has led the M&A integration of a startup acquired by a Fortune 500 company, and contributed to the financial strategy development within the parent organization.
